The following will briefly describe a preview of the process that Lingoink can use to increase traffic and revenue through E-mail Marketing.

BUILDING THE LIST: 

We try to take a 4 sided approach with regarding to marketing to your customer.  Utilizing an in-house sign-up sheet, social media (twitter or facebook) , websites and direct mailing in order to help Build Your List.  Building your database of customers/clients is the key to this process.  Without the list you will not have a return.  The larger the customer list the better your chances of having a large response to an intended email campaign. The next step is to trigger a response to your customer becoming a part of your LIST.

A TRIGGERED RESPONSE:

What happens when a potential customer signs up for your list?  Nothing?  Probably not a good idea.  We setup a triggered email response to everyone that signs up on your list.  You don't want to lose their interest so fast.  An email is sent out either thanking them for signing up or in most cases to give them an offer/coupon/discount to come back in to your location and use by a certain date.  Already you have your customer coming in and possibly purchasing more all because you sent them a automated response to their initial sign-up. 

In addition to initial sign-up emails we will also setup an automated "trigger" to send out a Birthday and Anniversary email.  Your customer will appreciate the thought and the discount.  You're giving the customer another reason to increase your revenue by visiting your location.

The last setup in this process is based on the first 2 steps...

SENDING A CAMPAIGN:

The final step in the process is sending a campaign.  A campaign is just that, a MASS SEND OUT of emails to your list.  This campaign can go to everyone for a special event at your location or it can go to specific LIST categories.  For example, lets say you have a bunch of customers that signed up on your list and they stated that they only like take-out food.  You can send out a special email to just those customers that like take-out and tell them there is a special this week on all take-out orders.
